1. Marketplace Model

Shield One is strictly an online marketplace that connects users with independent third-party security agencies ("Agencies"). We do not provide security services, bouncers, or bodyguards directly. We are an aggregator and facilitator of information.

2. Limit of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Shield One is not a party to any agreement between you and any Agency.
  • We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, legality, or suitability of any Agency or their personnel.
  • Any hiring decision is solely your responsibility. We recommend performing your own due diligence before hiring.
  • In no event shall Shield One be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising arising from your use of an Agency's services.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when contacting agencies. You act on your own behalf and are responsible for any interactions or transactions with Agencies listed on the Platform.

4. Agency Listings

While we strive to verify agencies (e.g., checking licenses where possible), we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted by Agencies.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
